If you would like to hear from a small publicly-traded company that focuses on the podcasting market, this interview is for you.

Our guest today is Chris Spencer who is the CEO of Wizzard Software. Originally his Bulletin Board traded company concentrated on speech recognition software. But more recently, with the currency of his stock, Chris has acquired several private podcasting companies.

Podcasting appears to be growing exponentially, but whether there will ever be enough profit in it to justify the full attention of a public company remains to be seen. No doubt many observes might conclude that the podcasting industry as a whole may be no more profitable than blogging. While blogging has grown vigorously, it appears that most of the contributors do so as a labor of love and few really earn a living at it.

Length: This audio interview is about 18 minutes long.

I started Podcasting about a year ago and it is more exciting than blogging. I love podcasting maybe because i love music so much and radio programs when i was still a kid.
